QUENCH YOUR THIRST

Wine

Vina Carrasco Sauvignon Blanc - Chilie

Thoroughly citrussy on the nose, with fresh lime and lemon forming the aromatic backdrop. More citrus on the palate, accompanied by a riper hint of pineapple, and mouthwatering acidity.

Marques Calado Macabeo - Spain

Fresh, floral aromas reminiscent of aromatic herbs such as anise and fennel, the smooth and velvety palate is fruit driven with citrus and banana characteristics.

Pinot Grigio Maladrino - Italy

Made using 100% Pinot Grigio with hints of perfume, pears, stone fruit and lime, as well as the occasional floral note. Fresh and vibrant acidity results in a light, easy drinking wine.

Five Foot Track Chardonnay - Australia

Pale straw yellow with youthful green hues. A nose of citrus fruits and ripe apples, with underlying notes of vanilla. Crisp lemon and lime on the palate, served up with a rounded and buttery feel.

Fernlands Sauvignon Blanc - New Zealand

Very zesty on the palate with lots of lime and a nettly herbaceousness, this is an aromatic and classic New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc with a refreshing dry finish

Marques Calado Tempranillo - Spain

Classic Tempranillo notes of dark cherry and blackcurrant are prevalent on the nose, lifted by a hint of dried flowers and sweet spice. Superbly balanced, the fruits of the forest flavours are perfectly complemented by soft tannins.

Vina Carrasco Merlot - Chilie

Aromas of ripe plums and strawberries, with faint notes of tomato leaf and sage. The palate has a thick and jammy feel, with soft, mature tannins and a rounded, easy style.

Five Foot Track Shiraz - Australia

A medium weight red, with a pleasing balance between ripe fruit and savoury, earthy notes on the nose. The palate is succulent and mouth-filling, with lashings of red berry and brambles.

Baron de Baussac Carignan - France

An indigenous grape variety of the Languedoc, Carignan produces dark ruby red wines with plenty of body. Deep and inky red in colour, the wine is crammed with black cherry fruit.

San Millan Rioja Crianza - Spain

Red cherry colour of medium intensity with violet hues. Direct and fresh nose. Aromas of ripe red fruits with a subtle floral bouquet and notes of cinnamon and clove. In mouth soft but with body and structure. A very pleasant entry on the palate and a good finish.

Wye Valley Hereford Pale Ale

HPA is a truly delightful pale ale. It's smooth on the palate, and boasts a citrus hop aroma leading to a balanced bitter finish. Celeia and locally grown Target hops, alongside British grown Maris Otter barley, make this a beer with all the right ingredients!

Wye Valley Butty Bach

First brewed in 1998 for the Great Welsh Beer Festival as a one off, safe-to-say that Butty Bach (meaning ‘little friend’) has gone on to make more than a few friendships in its time. We brew it using British grown Maris Otter and Crystal malts together with locally grown Fuggles, Goldings and Bramling Cross hops. With such fine ingredients, no wonder it remains a firm favourite.
