QUENCH YOUR THIRST
Wine
Thoroughly citrussy on the nose, with fresh lime and lemon forming the aromatic backdrop. More citrus on the palate, accompanied by a riper hint of pineapple, and mouthwatering acidity.
Fresh, floral aromas reminiscent of aromatic herbs such as anise and fennel, the smooth and velvety palate is fruit driven with citrus and banana characteristics.
Made using 100% Pinot Grigio with hints of perfume, pears, stone fruit and lime, as well as the occasional floral note. Fresh and vibrant acidity results in a light, easy drinking wine.
Pale straw yellow with youthful green hues. A nose of citrus fruits and ripe apples, with underlying notes of vanilla. Crisp lemon and lime on the palate, served up with a rounded and buttery feel.
Very zesty on the palate with lots of lime and a nettly herbaceousness, this is an aromatic and classic New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc with a refreshing dry finish
Classic Tempranillo notes of dark cherry and blackcurrant are prevalent on the nose, lifted by a hint of dried flowers and sweet spice. Superbly balanced, the fruits of the forest flavours are perfectly complemented by soft tannins.
Aromas of ripe plums and strawberries, with faint notes of tomato leaf and sage. The palate has a thick and jammy feel, with soft, mature tannins and a rounded, easy style.
A medium weight red, with a pleasing balance between ripe fruit and savoury, earthy notes on the nose. The palate is succulent and mouth-filling, with lashings of red berry and brambles.
An indigenous grape variety of the Languedoc, Carignan produces dark ruby red wines with plenty of body. Deep and inky red in colour, the wine is crammed with black cherry fruit.
Red cherry colour of medium intensity with violet hues. Direct and fresh nose. Aromas of ripe red fruits with a subtle floral bouquet and notes of cinnamon and clove. In mouth soft but with body and structure. A very pleasant entry on the palate and a good finish.

HPA is a truly delightful pale ale. It’s smooth on the palate, and boasts a citrus hop aroma leading to a balanced bitter finish. Locally grown Target and Celeia hops play an important part in making this such a distinctive beer. With Maris Otter pale malt and malted wheat also being used, this is very much a pale ale with all the right ingredients. 4.0% ABV
Timothy Taylor's best known ale is Landlord, a pale ale, 4.3% abv when cask conditioned, and 4.1% when sold filtered in the bottle. It was created for miners, to compete against local rival Barnsley Bitter. Landlord was four times Champion Beer of Britain at the Great British Beer Festival.
‘Butty Bach’ is Welsh term meaning ‘little friend’. This full-bodied, smooth and satisfying premium ale is burnished gold in colour, and certainly has made a few friends in its time – including the judges at The Great Welsh Beer Festival, where it has been crowned ‘Beer of the Festival’ on three occasions! We brew it using Maris Otter and Crystal malts, flaked barley, malted wheat, and locally grown Fuggles, Goldings and Bramling Cross hops. With such fine ingredients, no wonder it remains a firm favourite among our followers. 4.5% ABV
